This certification is obtained when you complete your 200-hour training as a trainer at Registered Yoga School. You need to have at least a 1000-hour experience on Yoga teaching separately (minimum of two years of teaching experience).

Once you submit your 1000 hours of yoga teaching for this designation, you can continue education classes and workshops later.

iv. E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500

You can receive this type of yoga teacher training certification after completing 500-hour training at RYS 500, or a 200-hour teacher training at RYS 200 along with a 300-hour training from the same school or a different RYS.

Having two years of teaching experience (1000 hours of teaching) is must for registering yourself as E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500 Yoga Trainer.

v. E-RYT® 500

This Yoga Teacher Training certification is acquired once your finish your 500-hour teacher training in an RYS 500 or 200-hour training with an RYS 200 along with 300-hour training with the same RYS 300 or a different RYS 300.

You must have at least 2,000 hours (4 years) of teaching experience after completing training with an RYS 200 or 500 and a minimum of 500 of these hours must be taught after completing training with an RYS 300 or 500.

vi. Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT®)

You are eligible to this Yoga teacher training certificate if you have finished a 200-hour teacher training with an RYS 200. Additionally, you need to have completed a 95-hour teacher training with a Registered Children's Yoga School (RCYS).

Having a minimum of 30 hours of teaching experience in children's yoga after completing training with an RCYS is mandatory.

vii. Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT®)

You are eligible for this certification if you have completed your 200-hour yoga teacher training with an RYS and along with an 85-Hour teacher training with an RPYS (Registered Prenatal Yoga School).

You need to have additional experience of 30-hours of teaching in prenatal yoga after finishing your yoga training with RPYS.
